Since graduating from West Point in 1971 and Washburn Law Cum Laude in 1974, Mr. Mirakian’s legal practice spanning almost 50 years has included representing clients in military, state and federal trial and appellate courts in Kansas, Missouri and many other state and federal jurisdictions. In addition to three years in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps as a defense counsel, Mr. Mirakian’s practice includes a wide variety of complex civil and criminal matters including family law, personal injury, employment discrimination, business disputes, worker’s compensation and estate planning. His practice also includes formation of business entities, development of partnership and shareholder agreements and real estate transactions. Mr. Mirakian also conducts a full-service mediation practice and he has been retained as an expert witness in numerous complex business matters.
