DIANE PETERS

Ms. Peters focuses her practice on civil litigation at the state and federal level with over twenty years of experience. She worked for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office for twenty years. She has had numerous jury trials at the state and federal level, primarily in Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri. She has years of experience handling wrongful death, false arrest, assault and battery, excessive force, civil rights, employment, premises liability, and auto accidents cases. She joined the firm in January of 2024.
