David S. Bell

Mr. Bell has significant experience in criminal matters at the local, state and federal level. When combined with his educational background and other life experiences, Mr. Bell is uniquely situated to help individuals and companies with investigations and charges that could result in serious personal and professional consequences.

After obtaining his business and tax law degrees, Mr. Bell worked as a tax and estate planning attorney.  Combining his desire to help people with his love of the law, Mr. Bell then served as a trial attorney with the Missouri Public Defender’s System in Jackson County, Missouri.  After representing thousands of clients in matters ranging from misdemeanor assault to first degree murder, Mr. Bell joined the Firm in 2007 where he is now a shareholder.

While Mr. Bell continues to represent clients in local and state court, he has leveraged his business background to develop a significant white-collar practice in both Kansas and Missouri federal courts.
